with the use of accesories.
CDW separators can handle up to four levels of screening simultaneously. This allows you to obtain 5 fractions of
your product.
Our separators reduce screen clogging to the max. However, there are products that due to their specific
characteristics are more prone to clog them. In CDW we have developed accesories that help to mantain the
meshes clean and the equipment working properly.
CDW equipments have very few moveable parts, and because of the simplicity in their design, our separators are
long lasting and their maintainance costs are very low. The screens are also very durable and very easy to install,
thus reducing downtimes.
Our separators transmit very low vibration to their base, so you don´t require special structures to install them.
